Additional Terms:

If, within seven days of this sale, the purchaser believes the dog to be sick, the purchaser agrees to return it to the seller, with a letter from an examining licensed veterinarian. The seller will, at the seller's discretion, either refund the purchase price, return the dog to the buyer in well condition, or exchange the dog for another dog of equal value. In any case, the seller is not responsible for any veterinary bills.

This animal is warranteed against fatal genetic defects for five years from the date of purchase. A replacement puppy of the same sex will be given to the buyer at no charge, upon receipt of a letter of explanation from an examining licensed veterinarian. Please note that failure to have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within seven days of this sale voids the warrantee.

Buyer agrees to spay or neuter this animal. AKC papers will be mailed upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.

The purchaser agrees to never sell or give this dog to any pet shop, pet farm, puppy mill or similar institution. The seller retains first right of refusal if this animal is to be sold or placed. The seller agrees to take back this dog for any reason, for the life of the dog, without refund.
